About Me
Professionally experienced in finance, I have been a long time techie, dabbling with HTML/CSS over the years, several websites built from scratch and WordPress. Since 2019 I have been focused on learning responsive, modern web development.
I'm a friendly and creative problem solver with a love of reading and writing. Whether fixing a plot hole or finding an error in my code, I am dedicated and determined. I get along well with others and strive for strong communication (perhaps having something to do with my penchant for writing.)
As a mortgage underwriter, I assessed credit risk for loans, held myself to a high standard of quality, analyzing thousands of pages of documentation for customers with complex financials; this proven standard of excellence and attention to detail is my strength. As a web developer I enjoy creating efficient, innovative and beautiful products.
